Job Summary
Overnight seasonal receiver stocker at Lowe's in Nanuet, NY responsible for SMART customer service, assisting customers in locating and loading merchandise, stocking shelves, processing invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs, and cross-training in other store areas. Duties include identifying and resolving customer questions, guiding customers to appropriate departments, maintaining housekeeping and safety standards, detecting security risks, and operating store equipment as needed. Emphasis on customer engagement, product knowledge, warranty and program information, zone recovery, and adherence to safety requirements and store policies.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
