Job Summary
Overnight Seasonal Receiver/Stocker at Lowe’s: provide SMART customer service; assist customers in locating and loading merchandise; process equipment rental and tool repair invoices; cross-train across store areas to ensure strong customer experience; monitor for shoplifting and support Asset Protection; maintain safety and housekeeping standards; operate store equipment as needed (phones, copiers, CCTV, etc.); uphold safety protocols and secure work areas; collaborate with team to meet store goals and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
