Job Summary
Seasonal Receiver Stocker Overnight at Lowe’s in Norwalk, CT. Key responsibilities include delivering SMART customer service, assisting customers in locating and loading merchandise, answering questions about stock and Lowe’s programs, processing invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs, and cross-training in other store areas to support customer service. The role involves maintaining store cleanliness and safety, detecting security risks, adhering to safety protocols, and operating store equipment as needed. Requires minimal prior computer/retail experience and may require licensure/registration per law.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
