Job Summary
Seasonal Receiver Stocker Overnight at Lowe's. Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies; assists customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise; answers questions and guides customers to areas of the store; processes equipment rental and tool repair contracts and invoices; participates in cross-training across store departments; helps maintain store cleanliness and safety; detects and communicates security risks; operates store equipment as needed; benefits include Lowe's associate benefits and opportunities for development.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
