Job Summary
This position involves providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in locating and selecting merchandise, demonstrating product features, and writing contracts for tool rentals. The role requires utilizing technology to support retail operations, cross-training in various store areas, and ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. Candidates must have less than 1 year of experience with computers and retail technology, along with retail experience focused on customer engagement and problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
