Job Summary
Provides SMART customer service through the execution of Lowe's customer service policies and supports customers in locating and understanding products. Involves responding to customer inquiries, assisting with tool rentals, cross-training in various store areas, ensuring store housekeeping standards, and maintaining a safe working environment. Operates store equipment as required and adheres to all safety protocols. Experience with retail technology is preferred, and the role requires less than one year of retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
