Job Summary
Seasonal receiver/stocker role focused on delivering strong customer service and efficient store operations in Lowe's North Little Rock, AR. Responsibilities include assisting customers in locating and loading merchandise, demonstrating product benefits, processing equipment rental invoices, training across store areas to ensure high service standards, detecting and communicating security concerns, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and operating/store equipment as needed. Requires minimal prior retail experience and comfort with basic computer usage; supports Lowe's safety protocols and zone-recovery practices while contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
