Job Summary
Seasonal Receiver Stocker role at Lowe's focused on delivering customer service while executing store policies; responsibilities include assisting customers in locating and loading merchandise, communicating product and warranty information, handling tool rental contracts and invoices, cross-training in other store areas, monitoring for theft, maintaining housekeeping and safety standards, operating store equipment, and supporting overall store operations to ensure a secure, organized shopping environment. Requires very limited prior retail experience and comfort with basic computer and mobile technology; emphasizes customer interaction, product knowledge, and adherence to safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
