Job Summary
Seasonal Receiver Stocker at Lowe's focuses on delivering strong customer service, assisting customers in locating and loading merchandise, handling tool rentals and related paperwork, and maintaining store safety and organization. Responsibilities include guiding customers through product features and warranties, processing invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs, cross-training in other store areas, preventing theft and maintaining safety standards, and operating store equipment as needed to support daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
