Job Summary
Seasonal Receiver Stocker duties include delivering SMART customer service in Lowe's stores, assisting customers by locating and loading merchandise, demonstrating product benefits, processing equipment rentals, cross-training in other areas, and helping maintain store safety and cleanliness. The role involves identifying and addressing customer needs, guiding them to products and services (including warranties and repairs), handling customer contracts and invoices for tool rentals, and supporting loss prevention and safety programs while operating various store systems and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
