Job Summary
Seasonal Receiver Stocker role at Lowe's focuses on delivering SMART customer service and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; guiding customers through projects; processing equipment rental and tool repair contracts; cross-training in other store areas; identifying and reporting security concerns; maintaining cleanliness and safety through housekeeping standards; operating store equipment as needed (e.g., Zebra phone, copiers, CCTV, POS); and adhering to safety procedures such as zone recovery and hazard awareness. The position requires familiarity with customer questions, product features and warranties, and effective communication to resolve issues and support the store's service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
