Job Summary
Seasonal Receiver Stocker at Lowe’s (Days). Responsibilities include delivering SMART customer service per Lowe’s policies; guiding customers to locate, demonstrate, and load merchandise; answering questions and guiding through projects; processing customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs in Tool Rental; cross-training in other store areas to enhance service; monitoring for shoplifting and security risks; maintaining cleanliness and organization through zone recovery; ensuring safety and operating store equipment as needed (e.g., Zebra phone, copiers, CCTV, tools); upholding safety standards and procedures throughout daily duties.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
