Job Summary
Seasonal property operations support for The Scion Group during apartment turnover (4-8 weeks). Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash and furniture removal/installation), participation in apartment inspections and documentation of unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds cleanup, and potential general administrative tasks (opening/closing and maintaining office, clubhouse, and amenities; organizing files; logging/retrieving packages). Requires physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, frequent mobility, and standing for long periods. Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
