Job Summary
Seasonal property operations support for The Scion Group during apartment turnover (4-8 weeks). Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries/light bulbs, blinds/doors, caulking, power washing), assisting in apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds cleanup, and possible general administrative help (office/clubhouse/amenities). Requires strong customer service, effective communication, and ability to lift and move items (up to 100 lbs) with extensive physical mobility. Position is full-time and part-time temporary for the turnover period at Redpoint Tallahassee, FL. No visa sponsorship; applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other items (frequent physical movement)
- Willing and able to lift up to 100 lbs
- 18 years of age or older by start date
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, caulking, power washing)
- Ability to assist with apartment inspections and documentation of unit condition
- Ability to perform light housekeeping and grounds maintenance
- Ability to perform administrative tasks (opening/closing/office organizational tasks)
- Availability for 4-8 week temporary assignment
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
