Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support at The Scion Group to assist apartment turnover during a 4-8 week period. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing), assisting with apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, performing light housekeeping, grounds cleanup, and potential general administrative support (office/clubhouse/amenities organization, filing, and package handling). Requires ability to lift and move items, frequent physical activity, and strong customer service. Must be 18+, eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship. Location: The Grove at Murfreesboro, Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
