Job Summary
Support seasonal apartment turnover operations for The Scion Group during the 4-8 week turnover period. Responsibilities include painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal and furniture removal/install; participate in apartment inspections and document unit condition; perform light housekeeping; help keep grounds clean; assist with general administrative tasks such as opening/closing offices and maintaining organization; require the ability to lift 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding duties; position is full-time and part-time temporary with no visa sponsorship; location at Sacramento, CA facilities.
Required Qualifications

- 18 years of age or older
- extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs.
