Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support for The Scion Group, providing temporary maintenance and support during apartment turnover (4-8 weeks). Responsibilities include painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash and furniture removal, assisting with apartment inspections and documentation of unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds upkeep, and potential administrative tasks such as opening/closing offices and managing packages. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform various physical tasks. Requires a strong team-oriented attitude, good communication, and a willingness to assist in multiple capacities. Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other items indoors and outdoors
- Frequent physical movement expected
- Good communication skills and a customer service mindset
- Willingness to perform maintenance and light administrative tasks as needed
