Job Summary
Temporary seasonal staff to support apartment turnover at The Scion Group, performing maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing), inspections and documentation, light housekeeping, grounds care, and potential administrative duties in the office/clubhouse during a 4-8 week turnover period; must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and be 18+ years old. The role supports a seamless move-out/move-in experience for residents and is conducted on-site at The Vue in Fayetteville, AR.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by start date
- Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies (up to 100 lbs)
- Frequent physical movement including standing for long periods
- Willingness to perform maintenance, housekeeping, and administrative tasks as needed
