Job Summary
Seasonal temporary staff needed to support apartment turnover at The Scion Group for 4-8 weeks. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal, furniture removal/install), participating in apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential administrative support (opening/closing/maintaining office, clubhouse, amenities, and handling packages). Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 100 lbs), handle extensive physical activity, and be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older by date of start
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Frequent physical movement is expected
- Able to perform maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, caulking, power washing, etc.)
- Willing to perform light housekeeping and administrative assistance as needed
- Able to stand for long periods (8+ hours)
- Must be able to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship
