Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support needed to join The Scion Group for apartment turnover (4-8 weeks). Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors; caulking; power washing), inspections and documentation of unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds cleanup, and possible general administrative help (office/clubhouse/amenities organization, package logging). Requires physical agility to lift and move items, stand for long periods, and perform various mobility tasks; 18+ and able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Position offers full-time and part-time temporary hours during the turnover period with base pay in Colorado and potential bonuses/benefits; location: Fort Collins, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- ability to lift and move equipment and supplies
- physical mobility including standing for long periods
- willing to perform maintenance and light administrative tasks
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment during apartment turnover
