Job Summary
Temporary full-time and part-time staff are needed to support apartment turnover during a 4-8 week period. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash and furniture removal/installation; participate in apartment inspections and document overall unit condition; perform light housekeeping; assist grounds maintenance; and provide potential general administrative assistance (opening/closing/maintaining offices, clubhouse and amenities, organizing files, and handling packages). The posting notes eligibility to work in the United States and that visa sponsorship is not available. The role emphasizes flexibility to assist in a variety of capacities and physical stamina for lifting and mobility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Frequent physical movement is expected
- Ability to lift 100 lbs as necessary
- Extensive mobility including ability to kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to reach items in need of repair
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day
