Seasonal Property Operations Support

Seasonal temporary staff needed for apartment turnover support during a 4-8 week turnover period. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash and furniture removal/install, assisting with apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential general administrative assistance (office/clubhouse/amenities) including opening/closing and file organization. Must be willing to perform a variety of duties with an all-hands-on approach, have strong communication and customer service mindset, and be able to lift and move items (up to 100 lbs) and perform extensive mobility; 18+ years old. The employer requires eligibility to work in the United States and states visa sponsorship is not available.
