Job Summary
Temporary full-time or part-time staff needed to support apartment turnover over a 4-8 week period. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing), assisting with apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and may provide general administrative support (opening/closing offices, organizing files, handling packages). Requires physical mobility, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and a strong customer-service mindset. No visa sponsorship; must be eligible to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors; frequent physical movement expected
- Ability to lift 100 lbs as necessary; extensive mobility including kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day and perform physical activities such as bending, climbing ladders, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling
