Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support for The Scion Group, providing temporary full-time or part-time assistance during apartment turnover periods (4-8 weeks). Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall, batteries, lighting, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing), trash and furniture removal/installation, participating in apartment inspections and documenting unit conditions, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential administrative support (office/clubhouse/amenities, filing, package logging). Must be able to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and move between indoor/outdoor spaces. Must be 18+, eligible to work in the United States, and not require visa sponsorship. Salary at Syracuse NY location is $16/hour (annualized to $33,280 for full-time equivalency). Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Frequent physical movement is expected
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary, as well as kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to reach items in need of repair
- Must be able to stand for long periods (8 hours or more)
- Must be able to perform required physical activities such as bending, climbing ladders, lifting, carrying, etc.
