Job Summary
Support Seasonal Property Operations during apartment turnover (4-8 weeks) by performing maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries/light bulbs, blinds/doors, caulking, power washing), participate in apartment inspections and document unit condition, perform light housekeeping, assist with grounds cleanup, and provide basic administrative help (office/clubhouse/amenities). The role requires physical mobility and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, with opportunities to support both move-out and move-in processes for residents. Temporary, full-time and part-time positions available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Frequent physical movement is expected
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more per day) to perform activities such as bending, climbing, lifting, carrying, grasping, reaching above shoulders, pushing and pulling, climbing stairs
