Job Summary
Support apartment turnover during a 4-8 week period with a focus on maintenance and operational tasks: perform painting, minor drywall repairs, replace batteries and light bulbs, adjust blinds/doors, caulk, power wash, remove trash, and assist with furniture removal/installation. Participate in apartment inspections and document unit condition; perform light housekeeping; help keep grounds clean; provide general administrative support for office/clubhouse/amenities as needed. Requires physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, frequent movement, and ability to stand for long periods. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered. This temporary but staff-level role is available full-time or part-time over the turnover period.
