Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support at The Scion Group provides temporary 4-8 week assignments during apartment turnover. Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks (painting, minor drywall repairs, caulking, power washing), replacing batteries and light bulbs, handling trash and furniture removal, assisting with apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, performing light housekeeping, keeping grounds clean, and providing possible administrative support for office, clubhouse, and amenities. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for extended periods, and travel within indoor/outdoor spaces as needed. Requires strong customer service skills and a flexible, teamwork-oriented attitude. 18+ years old; no visa sponsorship offered.

- Frequent physical movement; ability to stand for long periods
- Must be 18 years old by start date
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform mobility tasks including kneeling, crouching, climbing
- Ability to perform duties indoors and outdoors as required
