Job Summary
Temporary full-time or part-time property turnover support for The Scion Group to assist with apartment turnover during a 4-8 week period. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash and furniture removal/install), participating in apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds cleanup, and potential general administrative tasks (opening/closing offices, clubhouse, and amenities; maintaining file structure and handling packages). Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, perform extensive mobility, and communicate effectively; position is eligible for base pay with bonuses/benefits as determined by role/location.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by start date
- Ability to lift and move equipment and objects (up to 100 lbs)
- Frequent physical movement including standing for long periods
- Comfort with walking, bending, crouching, climbing stairs
- Good communication and customer service mindset
