Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support role during apartment turnover (4-8 weeks) for The Scion Group. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repair, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing), trash and furniture removal, assisting with apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential general administrative support (office/clubhouse/amenities organization and mail/packages). Requires physical mobility, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and willingness to work in a temporary capacity across maintenance and administrative tasks during turnover periods.
Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Frequent physical movement is expected
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary, kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to reach items in need of repair
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more per day) to perform physical activities
