Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support at The Scion Group in College Station, TX for apartment turnover period (4-8 weeks). Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash and furniture removal/installation), participating in apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds upkeep, and possible general administrative assistance (office/clubhouse/amenities, package logging/retrieval). Requires physical endurance and mobility (able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform various manual tasks). Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Frequent physical movement is expected
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary
- standing for long periods of time (8 hours or more per day) with bending, climbing, lifting, carrying, grasping, gripping, etc.
