Job Summary
Temporary property turnover support performing maintenance tasks (painting, drywall, caulking, power washing), inspections, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential administrative assistance (opening/closing offices and managing packages) during the apartment turnover period (4-8 weeks). Role involves assisting with unit Condition documentation, keeping facilities clean and organized, and helping maintain the office, clubhouse, and amenities. Requires ability to lift heavy items, frequent physical movement, and strong customer-service orientation; 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States. Positions available as full-time and part-time temporary staff depending on need, with compensation described as base salary plus bonuses/benefits and defined by location.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by start date
- Ability to lift and move equipment and perform physical tasks (extensive mobility, up to 100 lbs)
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset
