Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support at The Scion Group to assist apartment turnover across properties during the 4-8 week turnover period. Responsibilities include hands-on maintenance (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal, and furniture removal/installation), participating in apartment inspections and documenting overall unit condition, performing light housekeeping, grounds upkeep, and providing general administrative assistance (opening/closing offices, clubhouse/amenities, organizing files, and handling packages) to enable a seamless move-out/move-in experience for residents.
