Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support tasked with apartment turnover support during the move-out/move-in cycle. Responsibilities include maintenance duties (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal, furniture removal/install), participating in apartment inspections and documenting overall unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds upkeep, and possible general administrative tasks (opening/closing offices, clubhouse and amenities, maintaining organization and file structure, and handling packages). Requires ability to lift up to 100 lbs, extensive mobility, and a strong customer-service orientation. No visa sponsorship is available; eligible to work in the United States. Location specifics: Copper Beech Bowling Green, Bowling Green, Ohio, United States. Commitment is for 4-8 weeks as temporary staff.
Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and an eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Frequent physical movement is expected
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary, as well as ability to kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to reach items in need of repair
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more per day) to perform the following physical activities: bending, climbing step ladders, lifting, carrying, grasping, gripping, turning, reaching above shoulders, pushing and pulling, climbing stairs; stooping and squat kneel
