Job Summary
Temporary property turnover support for apartment turnover period (4-8 weeks) at The Scion Group, assisting with maintenance tasks (painting, drywall, replacing batteries, lighting, doors, caulking, power washing), apartment inspections, light housekeeping, grounds cleanup, and potential administrative duties (office/clubhouse/amenities). In San Antonio, TX locations; roles include both full-time and part-time temporary assignments during turnover season, focusing on delivering a seamless move-out/move-in experience for residents.
Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment and other items
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Extensive mobility including ability to lift 100 lbs, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb
- Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours)
- Unable to sponsor visas (work in the United States)
