Job Summary
Temporary full-time or part-time staff supporting apartment turnover during 4-8 weeks. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing), trash and furniture removal, assisting with apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and possible general administrative tasks (opening/closing office, clubhouse and amenities, filing, handling packages). Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand long hours, and move items; 18+; strong customer service mindset; good communication.
