Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support for The Scion Group during apartment turnover (4-8 weeks): perform maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking), power washing, trash/furniture removal, assist in apartment inspections and documentation of unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds cleanup, and potential light administrative duties (office/clubhouse/amenities). Requires strong customer service mindset, good communication, and ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods. Positions available as full-time and part-time temporary staff at The Grove at Huntsville in Huntsville, TX (US).
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by start date
- Frequent physical movement and ability to lift and move equipment (up to 100 lbs)
- Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours)
- Willing and able to perform maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing)
- Performs light housekeeping duties
- Ability to assist in administrative tasks (office, clubhouse, amenities) as needed
- Good communication and customer service mindset
- Able to work in United States (eligibility to work)
- Temporary staffing for 4-8 week turnover period
