Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support role supporting apartment turnover during a 4-8 week period. Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing), assisting with apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and possible general administrative tasks (opening/closing offices, organizing files, handling packages). Requires physical work including lifting up to 100 lbs, standing for long periods (8+ hours), and mobility for indoor/outdoor tasks. Strong customer service mindset and good communication skills are needed. Must be able to work as temporary staff in The Arch Denton, Denton, Texas. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors. Frequent physical movement is expected
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary, as well as ability to kneel, crouch, crawl and climb
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more per day)
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Able to perform maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal and furniture removal/install
