Seasonal Property Operations Support

Job Summary
Temporary property turnover support at The Scion Group’s apartment community. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, light drywall, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash/furniture removal), participating in apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds cleaning, and possible general administrative assistance for the office/clubhouse/amenities. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for extended periods, and be 18+ years old. The employer states they are not able to sponsor visas. This is for full-time and part-time temporary staff during the 4-8 week turnover period.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Frequent physical movement expected; extensive mobility including ability to lift 100 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours)
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset
- Able to perform maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries/light bulbs, caulking, power washing, etc.)
- Willing to perform light housekeeping and potential administrative tasks (opening/closing office, clubhouse, amenities)
- Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available
