Seasonal Property Operations Support for The Scion Group at The Lodge at RIT in Henrietta, NY. Support apartment turnover during a 4-8 week period with duties including maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing), participating in apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential general administrative duties (opening/closing and organizing the office, clubhouse, and amenities; handling packages). Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, perform extensive physical activity, and stand for long periods. 18+ years old, eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
