Job Summary
Seasonal property operations support for apartment turnover at The Scion Group. You will assist with maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries and bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing), participate in apartment inspections and document unit condition, perform light housekeeping, and support grounds and office/amenities areas. This temporary role supports a 4-8 week turnover period and may include general administrative tasks such as opening/closing offices, organizing files, and handling packages. Role requires physical mobility, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and strong customer-service mindset; 18+ years old; extensive physical activity and feasible for both indoor and outdoor environments. Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills and strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment and other items (up to 100 lbs) with frequent physical movement
- Must be 18 years of age or older by start date
- Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and perform bending, climbing, lifting, carrying, reaching, and similar activities
- Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments and perform light maintenance tasks as assigned
