Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support to assist with apartment turnover during a 4-8 week period. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing), assisting with apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds cleanup, and possible general administrative tasks (opening/closing offices, maintaining organization, handling packages). Must be able to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks; willingness to support multiple roles to ensure seamless move-out/move-in experiences for residents. No visa sponsorship; positions available as full-time and part-time temporary staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by start date
- Ability to lift and move equipment and debris (up to 100 lbs)
- Frequent physical movement and ability to stand for long periods
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset
