Job Summary
Temporary full-time or part-time staff needed to support apartment turnover at The Scion Group, lasting 4-8 weeks. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks such as painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries and light bulbs, repairing blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash and furniture removal; participate in apartment inspections and documentation of unit condition; perform light housekeeping; assist with grounds maintenance; provide potential general administrative support including office/clubhouse/amenities upkeep and filing. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform extensive physical activity. Equal employment opportunity policy applies; no visa sponsorship is available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment and items
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and mobility requirements
