Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support for apartment turnover (4-8 weeks). Provide maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds and doors work, caulking, power washing, trash and furniture removal/installation; assist with apartment inspections and documentation of unit condition; perform light housekeeping; help keep grounds clean; may provide general administrative support including office/clubhouse/amenities operations and package handling. Must be physically capable of extensive mobility, including lifting up to 100 lbs, standing for long periods, and performing various manual tasks; 18+ years old; open to temporary full-time or part-time roles during turnover periods. Company emphasizes equal employment opportunity and notes visa sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and an eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Frequent physical movement is expected
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary
- Ability to kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to reach items in need of repair
- Stand for long periods (8+ hours) with bending, climbing ladders, lifting, carrying, and reaching
