Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support for apartment turnover period (4-8 weeks) providing maintenance and support to ensure a seamless move-out/move-in experience. Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors; caulking; power washing), participating in apartment inspections/documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds keeping, and providing general administrative support (office/clubhouse/amenities operations, filing, package logging). Requires physical agility, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and strong customer service orientation; 18+ and able to work in the United States. This is a temporary, part-time or full-time position with base pay in Washington, with salary range stated as hourly pay converted to annualized figure for an annual salary estimate.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Frequent physical movement is expected
- Must be able to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and perform bending, climbing stairs, lifting, carrying, etc.
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset
