Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support needed to assist with apartment turnover during a 4-8 week period at The Grove at Lubbock. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, caulking, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds and doors, power washing), trash and furniture removal, participating in apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds cleanup, and potential general administrative assistance (office/clubhouse/amenities). Requires physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, frequent standing and mobility, and a customer-service mindset. Position is full-time and part-time temporary with no visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and an eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors; Frequent physical movement requested
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs., kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to reach items in need of repair
- Stand for long periods (8+ hours) with bending, climbing ladders, lifting, carrying, grasping, reaching above shoulders, pushing/pulling, stairs
