Job Summary
Temporary full-time and part-time staff needed to support apartment turnover during a 4-8 week period. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing), participation in apartment inspections with documentation of unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential administrative support such as opening/closing and organizing offices and packages. Must be able to lift and move equipment and materials, with extensive mobility and ability to stand for long periods. 18+ years old. Equal employment opportunities. No visa sponsorship.
