Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support for apartment turnover (4-8 weeks) performing maintenance tasks (painting, minor drywall repairs, caulking, power washing), light housekeeping, inspections/documentation of unit condition, grounds cleanup, and possible administrative tasks (office/clubhouse amenities) to ensure a smooth move-out/move-in experience; requires physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, stand long hours, and carry out variable tasks with a strong customer-service focus. No visa sponsorship available; multiple shifts including full-time and part-time temporary roles at Fremont Station Apartments in Flagstaff, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and move equipment and supplies; frequent physical movement expected
- Willing and able to work in a temporary, turnover-focused environment for 4-8 weeks
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks (painting, drywall, caulking, power washing) and light housekeeping
- Good communication and customer service mindset
- Age 18 or older
- Eligibility to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available
