Seasonal Property Operations Support

Seasonal Property Operations Support role focused on apartment turnover during the 4-8 week period. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing), assisting with apartment inspections and documentation of unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds upkeep, and potential general administrative tasks (office/clubhouse/amenities operations, filing, and package handling). Must be able to lift and move equipment and materials, perform extensive physical activity, and be 18 years or older. US work eligibility is required; the employer does not sponsor visas.
