Job Summary
Temporary full-time and part-time staff to support apartment turnover (4-8 weeks) at The Scion Group. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing), assisting with apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential general administrative support (office/clubhouse/amenities). Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform various physical tasks; requires 18+ years old and strong customer service mindset. Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors; frequent physical movement expected
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs., kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to reach items in need of repair
- Stand for long periods (8+ hours) and perform bending, climbing steps, lifting, carrying, reaching above shoulders, pushing/pulling, etc.
