Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support needed to assist during apartment turnover period (4-8 weeks). Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing), assisting with apartment inspections and documenting unit conditions, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and possible general administrative duties (office/clubhouse/amenities organization and mail/package handling). Requires physical mobility (lifting up to 100 lbs, kneeling, bending, climbing stairs) and strong customer-service orientation. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, temporary role and be eligible to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older by start date
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other items
- Frequent physical movement expected
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lift up to 100 lbs)
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a temporary, 4-8 week turnover period
- Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
